This Privacy Policy describes how CodeBay("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Immersivimobile application and related websites (collectively, the "Service").

Information we collect

• Account information. When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive identifiers and profile details those providers share with us (such as name and email, subject to your choices).
• Content you provide. Photos and project details you upload to create immersive property videos, plus labels or settings you apply to those projects.
• Usage and device data. Basic app diagnostics, device type, and interaction events that help us operate and improve the Service.
• Purchase information. Subscription and in-app purchase status processed by Apple (and our billing partners). We do not receive your full payment card details.

How we use information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Generate and deliver property videos from your photos
• Process subscriptions, credits, and account entitlements
• Communicate about support, security, and service updates
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms

AI processing

Photos and related project inputs may be processed by cloud AI and media generation providers solely to create the immersive videos and outputs you request. We instruct those providers to process data on our behalf to deliver the Service.

How we share information

We may share information with:

• Service providers that host infrastructure, authentication, storage, analytics, AI generation, and billing (for example Apple, cloud hosting, and payment platforms)
• Professional advisors or authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety
• A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy

We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

We retain account and project data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. You may request deletion of your account and associated content by contacting us.

Your choices

• Manage sign-in and connected accounts through Apple or Google settings
• Delete projects or request account deletion via Support
• Manage subscriptions and purchases in your Apple ID / App Store settings

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data we process. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

International transfers

We may process information in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. Those locations may have different data-protection laws than your home country.

Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
